Q: I can't find my own country in the registration form, why?
A: Kool Messenger is available as a beta test to users from the USA, UK , France, Germany, Spain, Italy. However, we plan to extend the service in the future, so make sure you check from time to time.

Q: Why are you asking my mobile number?
A: We require you to give us a mobile number because that will be checked during the registration procedure, in order to be sure you are the owner of that mobile number.

Q: The form will not take my mobile, what format should I use?
A: Type in your mobile number as a single string (no dashes, no spaces) and remember the international code format. Example: +16175554123
